it had the following message on 08/09/2014:

You can view and control all aspects of your service using the control panel in My Account.
Check your next billing date, your credit limit and a general summary of your Home Phone service.
The control panel also includes your itemised bills, you can also download a copy for use in a spreadsheet.

When I tried to access the 'Call features' I got the following message:

Home Phone
Your Home Phone order is currently being processed. We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your service is ready to use.
I want to activate 'Caller ID' as I've lost it from 08/09/2014 after changing from BT to Plusnet Home Phone to add to my Broadband Product - Unlimited Fibre Extra.
Does anyone have advice on when my Home Phone will be activated for me to access the Control Panel please?

That should be fixed for you now. I have also placed an order to get your Caller ID activated.
It should be up by tomorrow.

Can you check my.account details please.
Caller Display was activated & confirmed by email on 10/09/2014 & all working OK from then.thankfully.
When I check in Call Features it still shows Caller Display [ Awaiting activation ]

How strange - Caller Display is activated on your line and on the account but for some reason it's showing "awaiting activation" in the phone component. I've raised this on Ticket: 91650749 to be investigated and resolved. Sorry for any confusion caused.

As discussed, I have put some emphasis on our dev team to press for a fix so it no longer reflects that your caller display is "Awaiting activation".

My Caller Display is still showing "Awaiting Activation". Is there any chance of getting this corrected soon please?
