Hi, I have just renewed my contract for phone and broadband with Plusnet. I asked for the mobile add on to be added when I renewed. This was not added when my new contract started earlier this month and when I phoned to ask I was told that this offer was not available on my current phone plan and I would have to cancel it and go onto the regular phone rental to have it added. I have the old LRS with evening and weekend calls. I have a few tickets open about this and I'm a bit confused about the situation and just want confirmation if this is true and the best way to add mobiles. Many thanks Stephen
