Does anyone know if Plusnet offer a Home Phone only plan?

I'm trying to find one for my parents 🙂

Hi there, welcome to the community forums.

We don't offer a home phone only product I'm afraid, it's either broadband + home phone, or broadband only.

If you have any further questions please feel free to let me know.

This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.

You might like to also look at Pulse8 ( I have no connection to them) https://pulse8broadband.co.uk/line-rental but line rental is only £13 per month and the call costs are low. And they offer line rental only, no need for broadband.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
