Home Phone Not Working Again!

Hi

Had an issue last week with phone,people could ring us and we could ring out but we wasn't aware that people were phoning us as phone didn't ring-problem was fixed, there was a problem at my local exchange.

Someone tried phoning us yesterday and didn't get through, i tried the phone and it doesn't have a dialling tone now.

We have a phone in the bedroom as well and it says on the display "No Line".

I would appreciate this being looked into please.

Hey @Blueyezz 

I've looked into this and isolated a fault at the exchange again. 

I've raised this back to our suppliers and updated the open fault ticket. 

I'm really sorry about this.
