Home Phone Credit eMail

Morning,

I have a high number of referrals and since the new billing system has gone live my residential referrals have started to receive a Home Phone Credit email advising them to TOP the credit up, even though they haven't used much of their credit & it's worrying some of the older folk

This is the relevant bit in the email - is this going to be the new 'norm'?

Thanks all

We thought you should know that you are £67.89 away from reaching your Home Phone credit limit.

Call credit details

Credit limit: £75.00

Credit used: £7.11

Credit remaining: £67.89

What you should do

We suggest that you top-up your Home Phone call credit.
