Apologies for any inconvenience this has been causing. I'll get it flagged up with the appropriate people to make sure the account is put in the correct state and the stuck call feature removed from the control panel.
This usually takes around 1 working day, but I'll also raise a ticket on your account and let you know once I've had confirmation it's been resolved.
Just a follow up to my previous response, I'm happy to advise the stuck call feature should no longer be showing on your account.
