Home Phone Control Panel not available

Hi.

My new Plusnet phone line and fibre extra went live last Friday 9th February but my 'Home Phone Control Panel' shows as 'not available'.

Do i have to wait for this to become available, if so, how long?

Sorry to hear that.

I can see the orders are complete so it should be working.

I've raised a task internally so we can get this sorted.
