Since i raised this in a rant and by phone  nearly 3 months ago and several times since it still is not sorted
So the puzzle for today is for someone to look at the listed standard call features and at the discount list just above it and try to make it work , especially what combination of 4 features would give a saving of up to £4.99 , Also Anonymous call is still listed under standard features when acording to PN it is not.  After several "it is being sorted and clarified" it is obviously better to still , shall we say , mislead people

forgot the 0.99 for features, charged twice for phone, 5.00 should not have charged, total bill should only be 19.93

Hi Peter,
I believe that this is because you had both phone products during your billing period, which has now been rectified (you were moved back to HP Anytime).  Can you let me know once the payment has gone through and I'll get it refunded?
