I paid for call protect .  Since then I appear  to answer more nuisance calls than before.

Do you actually have Plusnet Call Protect? 

I just ask because you mention paying for it, but it's a free feature.

I'd like to echo @198kHz and ask whether the call protect service you're referring to is the one we provide as this is definitely a free service.
