hi there i placed a home phone order and broadband on 15/04/10 i havent received any emails since does any one know how long it can take

Hi wes,
I'm just checking on this now, the email issue is a known one and is being sorted - should be fixed next week though I appreciate this doesn't help you. Your phone should be going online just before that, I'll get you a specific date very shortly.

Got it - it's due to go live on Monday (26th).
