My uncle (username:xxxxxx) should have moved over to PN yesterday but his account still isn't showing as active in the Member Centre.
I've told him that this should happen today sometime. 
Is there a set time by which this should happen (my account showed as active before lunchtime when I moved) so I can fend him off for the time being?

Hi there,
The order completed as expected yesterday, which is the good news.
You are correct in saying that the activation emails are normally received before lunchtime. Except today (typical eh? ;)).
The script will run just after 3pm today, as some changes needed to be made to our system. If you don't have the activation notice by 4:30pm let me know and I'll get this sorted for you.
