In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Everything has been hunky dory since the engineer visited on 2nd Feb. Line is quiet and I am getting my 38mbps speed on fibre.
No more erroneous calls on my account so there must have been some 'flailing' wires, at the cabinet or exchange, doing there own thing.
Thank you for your help in this. Happy now.
