Have your number permanently withheld,

To Admin Why can I not have my number permanently withheld as  your parent company BT allowes, seem strange as its not in your features selection

Permanent number withheld isn't a feature we openly offer, which is why it's not in the list of features in the home phone control panel, however we can add this manually upon request. Leave this with me and it should be active on your line within the next 1 working day.
