Had issues with broadband speedn (now resolved), now no phone line working at

Instantly disconnects my incoming calls and no dial tone, however have fibre working.
Please advise on how to get this sorted as soon as possible.

all broadband services can work as long as just one of the two wires on your circuit to your phone socket is working . One wire may be broken or shorting out  But in that scenario you will  have no phone service and your broadband will be half the usual speed, or less.

Thanks for reporting a fault as Jim suggested.
It's been passed back to us today and should be resolved so please let us know if there's still any issues.
