HI, my broadband is working perfectly but my landline has no line and gives a engaged tone if I call it from a mobile.
I have only noticed this recently but I think it may have been like this since I switched from sky a few months ago.
Any help would be great

Hi @Skrink,
I'm sorry to hear that you've no dial tone on your landline at the moment. I've tested your line and the test has picked up an external fault so I've raised this over to our suppliers for further investigation. Their estimated response time is by midnight on the 17th of October. As it's an external fault, this is only an estimate and if they're able to resolve this sooner for you they will.
Our faults team will be in touch once we've received an update from our suppliers on this. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

This has resolved the phone line problem.
Given it would appear I have not had a working phone line since joining PlusNet is there anything that can be done to compensate for this service that I have being paying for but was not able to use?
