Getting the Master phone socket moved

Currently modifying our new home and want the master socket moved. Called BT and they said that as I haven't an account with them they couldn't help. Can Plusnet get this done for me? Also want to upgrade the line to fibre. TIA Chris

PS Been trying to contact PN by phone but after 45 minutes gave up, I know their entire music library!!. Online chat not online doh!

Only your ISP can raise an order on OPENREACH for you, but it's not cheap.

You need to speak to PN to arrange fibre.
