Get rid of 1571 call minder?

Anybody know how?
Asked not to have it, but now have and have just found that I have 3 messages - missed calls in my book - because I only ever check my answering machine.
Asked not to have it, don't want it.

To remove this feature:
Log in to the Member Centre
Click Phone Calls on the left hand navigation menu
Click the View button against your phone number
Click Call Features, then
Click the Remove call features tab.
Tick the item you want to remove then click the remove features button
That should lead to an order being submitted to get the service turned off.
