First phone bill - no itemised calls
Hi - just had our first phone bill. It doesn't show any itemised calls since 12 September. Is that because the calls made since then have all been covered by our call plan?
Also, when we log into our account online, there are no itemised calls under View unbilled calls or View billed calls since 12 September either. Again, is that because the calls made have all been covered by the call plan?

Further to this query, I've just noticed on the October bill that no itemised calls have been listed since our BT number was ported across on 12 September. I don't know if that helps answer the query.
