Faulty Landline?

My phone won't accept incoming calls and says 'line is in use' when attempting outgoing calls.  Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Faulty Landline?

@Katydee Welcome to the forums. What happens if you unplug the cable from the socket, wait five minutes or so, then plug it back in? Also, check all cables are firmly in sockets.

If that doesn't work, all you can do is report a phone fault - see https://www.plus.net/help/phone/
