Fault reported but no ticket

I reported a line fault at around 11.30am today and following a PN line test, the line fault was confirmed. I can't see a ticket referring to this in "My Questions" and was wondering if it was normal practice for the faults team to open a ticket once a fault has been confirmed.

Oh Joy!!
I opened a ticket this morning asking for confirmation that my line fault had been reported to BT and nobody seems to know anything about it  Angry  Angry  Angry
And there's more:
The agent I spoke to on Friday morning added my mobile phone number to my account details and for some unknown reason changed my address as well ..... and got it wrong!!!!!
Anyone from PN care to comment on this gross incompetence?

Hi Martin,
I've asked one of the managers on the CSC to get someone to give you a ring on your mobile.
