Fault on Phone Line

Reported a fault on my telephone line yesterday but so far no response from support team, on reading some comments here it does not fill me with great confidence, I can not afford to use my mobile to telephone them,  I am paying for the anytime package, so as a pensioner, I can keep in touch with family and friends I am not a happy bunny

Hi there,
I've raised the fault for you now as a test showed a fault in the exchange, hopefully there'll be some more information soon.
