so i ordered a 2nd line just to keep all connectivity safe when we go for the big "renumber and DONT CEASE operation"

Imagine my sadness that we are now a month further on and BTO have still failed to install my new line ( ie enable the second pair twixt me and CAB)

I have just had a jolly 30 minutes with amazing music on hold to tell your CS team that the date now proposed ( original was 4/10, just received txt proposing 22/10) is no good , but when i got to the front of the queue, there was some fumbling of handset and then the line went dead... ... PITY!

i'm not holding again ...

please could @@gandalf or someone call me ASAP on my mobile to sort out a mutually agreed BT appointment that MIGHT work

(preferably before XMAS)
