The only reason i left my previous provider (who gave me FREE calls to Ireland) was because they could not supply me with Fibre Optic broadband and was wondering if and when Plusnet will be including FREE calls to Ireland in your phone package ?
Many thanks.
John.

Do you mean totally free, or as part of an inclusive package?
PN's Anytime International 300 (£7/month) gives inclusive 300 minutes of international calls to 35 countries, including the Republic of Ireland.

Meaning FREE to everybody with no extra charge as most other providers already include.

NI > Eire is part of your included 01/02/03 minutes on normal E&W / Anytime (+etc.) tariffs, not part of international minutes.
UK > Eire count as international and hence are only included on relevant International 300 tariffs.
AFAIK, there are no plans to change this.
