Moved from Virgin Media to Plusnet last month and major problem with porting of my landline Plusnet say they have my landline but Virgin Media insist that they have it so are continuing to bill me. Heartily sick of it all! BT Open Reach did come to my home to set up the landline and found a fault which was fixed externally a few days later. Starting to wonder if it actually a BT Openreach issues. Anybody else had similar?
