I switched broadband and landline to Plusnet last week. My landline was ex directory with my previous provider but this doesn't appear to be the case now as my number can be seen by others when I call. Can I this get sorted asap please? Is there a cost for this service?  Thanks

Welcome to the forums, @coppullite2 . Your number will be ex-directory, as that is the default for new connections to Plusnet. What you are actually asking for is 'Permanent Number Withhold', which you need to request through PN.

Due to the current situation, Help Team responses on the forum are very slow. Your best option would be to call them, but be prepared for a long wait.

@coppullite2 Be aware, though, that every so often customers come to the forum after being told on the phone that Plusnet don't offer the facility.

If that happens, post back here and one of the Help Team will arrange it. It's available with or without 1470 override.

I contacted Customer Services this morning and they sorted it out for me. Thanks for your help
