Ex-directory first requested on February 4 but I am still in directory

I first requested ex-directory on February 4 which was followed by a lot of its done but it wasn'ts but I am still in the directory. I have just raised another Question (44098086) and would like it really sorted this time.

I've just checked this for you and can see the prior request and even that an order was placed.
Unfortunately I cannot see the specifics of the order due to the system it was placed in (in addition to the time that has passed). Yet further checks in the newer platform do confirm and suggest either something went wrong with the removal, or it wasn't an actual removal performed.
I have submitted a corrective order for you which will complete per the response to the ticket.
