Ex Directory - how to ensure it stays that way???

How do you ensure that when you swap to PN that your number remains ex directory and not listed anywhere if it was previously with BT?

Hi BRABUS,
if you pop a ticket on your account we can make sure it's done. Is this something you need me to do for you or has it been taken care of?

Re: Ex Directory - how to ensure it stays that way???

Hi Jojo, I am waiting on a call from Laura today as part of my new order and will ensure that she adds this to my account.  I just wanted to make sure it could be done before I let the order go through.  Mine isn't a case of just avoiding calls, it is to hide my location and to protect my wifes safety - can't go into details due to legal/safety issues Sad
thanks for offering to sort it though.

Jojo is there a way that customers can randomly check that PN has not published a customers phone number.  We had encountered this previously and had to change number and finally moved house - very expensive to do Sad

Hi Brabus,
You can ask us to check the order.  We'll be able to see if ex-directory has been requested.
Can you drop me a PM once your order has been placed please?
I can see how sensitive this is for you and want to be absolutely certain nothing goes wrong.
