Evening calls currently start at 7.00pm

Having just moved from PostOffice phone to Plusnet phone it seems like everything is not quite as good. The initiation fee for each call is just slightly more. The cost per minute is just slightly more, the free evening calls start at 7.00pm and not 6.00pm. 
Most phone companies tend to class after 6.00pm as evenings and that would seem more natural to me.
What do you guys think?  Do you think if most plusnet customers wanted this PlusNet would consider changing?

We can ask, but as my poll on free CID pointed out last year, even if we say that it is something customers want they still will not implement it.

We followed BT Retail in changing the 'evening' time period for commercial reason and unfortunately I don't see us changing back.
However, Plusnet to Plusnet calls are free any time of the day, regardless of your talk package

Just a quick correction. According to the Sky page they do do free evening calls on their freetime package (does start at 7.00pm though)

I know Tesco start at 6.00pm - I'm not going to go through all providers and make a list though. Fair to say some do, some dont.
It does sound like there is little chance of this changing, I was never hopeful it would. Still interesting to see users opinions though.

I voted for 'Move evening calls to 6.00pm' just because that's how it used to be but if there was an option of 'Not bothered either way' I would have gone for that

I see, if you are on that tarriff (freetime) still works - but they don't provide it to new customers anymore.  Seems like this is the trend
