Call type	Charges
UK landlines	Inclusive during evenings and at weekends Standard rates at all other times
UK Mobiles	100 inclusive minutes available for £3 per month (for packages taken on or after 8th May 2013) All other calls charged at standard rate
Non-geographical numbers (0845 & 0870)	Inclusive during evenings and at weekends (Calling cards, indirect access and dial-up Internet numbers are excluded)
International (landline and mobile)	Charged at standard rates at all times
Plusnet to Plusnet calls	Inclusive at all times
Calls to Plusnet support	Free at all times

 Evenings would be 7pm-7am and Weekends would be 7pm Friday - 7am Monday.

Today,online, I upgraded my package to include evening and weekend calls.The message I received is that changes will be made on the 19th February.Does this just refer to my account charges? Will I  benefit from the evening and weekend calls immediatley?Or do I have to wait until February?

Package changes normally start on the next billing date.

An unfortunate relic of the soon to be replaced (we're told) billing system.
