I've started getting nuisance automated phone calls on a regular basis. This was a problem last year, so I added Plusnet Call Protect and it seemed to solve the problem.
My account is now showing an error message:
An error has occurred - You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
And Plusnet Call Protect is shown as 'awaiting activation'.
I've not made any changes to my account in the past few months.
Is there anything I can do, or is there a problem with Call Protect at the moment?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I've manually placed an order to activate Call Protect which should go through within an hour to resolve this.
Let me know if there further issues or anything else you'd need help with afterwards.
