On Friday 26/11 I ordered “call divert” on my dashboard. I received 2 emails to say you had removed “voicemail”. There’s an error message on my account stating “There's currently an issue with your account, meaning you can't make any changes to your services.” I called Customer Services yesterday and they claimed to have set up call divert for me but I still have the error message, but now I don’t have voicemail or call divert. Any chance anyone can fix this for me.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with the phone features. When they're added onto the account, it can take up to 24 working hours to take affect, so this may have explained why it was acting this way yesterday. I've had a look over the account and I can see that it should now be up and running, is that the case on your end of things?
