An engineer was supposed to come and fit my phone line yesterday PM. I stayed in all day waiting to find nobody turn up. I called plusnet customer service 6 times, was on hold for 10 mins each time and couldn't get through. My internet will not be active till I get this phone line fitted, but I can't get through to customer service.

Apologies that you were expecting an engineer yesterday. Checking the orders, they are both due today so hopefully you'll be online shorty.
