Enabling VoiceMail

I joined PlusNet in February - when I joined up I selected to have voicemail on my home phone (the basic free voicemail)

Checking the 'Home Phone Control Panel' I can see voicemail is considered active (little green box)

But when I dial 1571 on my phone I get the 'this line does not have an message service' message.

 

Is there a way I can get the free voicemail turned on?

Sorry to hear that.

It looks like it wasn't added on our suppliers systems.

I've placed a order manually and it should be working within a hour.
