Downloadable Home Phone Bills!

Hi guys,
I am very pleased to say that today will see the rollout of a change to our Home Phone billing section.
As of today you will be able to download a csv file of your current months call data. This file can then be opened as a spreadsheet for easy calculations, comparisons etc.
I appreciate this is something that a lot of customers have been asking for for some time, so enjoy!

Hi, this is great stuff but I've just tried to download last months calls and am getting an error:
Internet Explorer cannot download index.php from portal.plus.net
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Just downloaded file again using Firefox.

I'm using IE7. Maybe it's some security setting? Any suggestions?
I don't usually have problems downloading files from web sites.

I got the same error message earlier today but managed to download this evening.   I'd wait a bit and try again as it may just be that your records haven't been processed yet and aren't available (there's likely a script that runs through all the accounts and formats the data to csv and it just hasn't got to yours yet!).

Ok thanks. Nice to know it's not just me. I've just downloaded a file from microsoft.com so whatever my problem is, it seems to be peculiar to PlusNet.

An update on what I posted yesterday.
I can get the CSV to download at home on a PN connection. 
I get the same error as you on the PC here at work.

Hmm strange.
I get the same error reported here in IE7, but it works fine in Firefox.
We've replicated it on a couple of accounts internally, so I'm raising a problem now.

Just tried IE7 and got the error message.
