Do openreach work bank holidays?

Hi

logged a phone fault last Thursday. Would have hoped OR would have sorted by now. Do they work bank holidays as I no working phone line or broadband 😞

I doubt it, but PlusNet customer services do. They'll be open in the morning

I think Openreach work 7 days a week, and on bank holidays.

But the lowest (cheapest) Openreach service maintenance level is for next working day plus one. If you really need it fixed sooner, you'd need to pay for a higher level of service from Openreach.

Hey there. The response time from our suppliers to fix your fault is 31/05/16 by 23:59:59, so it should be assigned to an engineer tomorrow.
