Hi, I want to add evening and weekend calls to my line only plan but when I try to add it on the Plusnet website the total price shoots up by 11.98 instead of the 5.00 cost of the plan. It looks like I lose my promotional broadband discount if I upgrade. Is this correct or is the discount reapplied after I upgrade?
You won’t lose any discounts by changing your call plan, as long as you keep your broadband package the same.
Let us know if there are any issues once you’ve put it through and we can fix it.
(Incidentally while changing your broadband package will drop the existing discounts off, new discounts may be applied depending on what’s agreed)
