Do Bank Holidays qualify for free calls on Talk Evenings & Weekends package?

I always thought that calls made at any time of day on a Bank Holiday qualified for free calls (similar to a weekend), but after checking my recent calls I noticed that calls made on Christmas Day (Sunday) were free, but calls made on Boxing Day (Monday) and the Bank Holiday Tuesday incurred charges.
Is this correct?

No they don't and the charges are correct

Our telephone call processing system works on defined tariffs which have pre-set times through the week, e.g. 0700 - 1900 Monday - Friday or 0000 Saturday - 0000 Monday. There is no facility to specify anything outside of a normal week such as bank holidays I'm afraid.
