When I need to divert my phone calls,what are the codes,please ?

I tried to put a divert on but it was rejected.
I put - * ,21, number for diversion,  #
Help please.

You are supposed to put  *21 * (Number to divert to) #

@Oldjim, on a list I have caller display is showing at 99p a month.
