Disconnected phone line

My phone line seems to have been disconnected since yesterday morning, my broadband along with it. I'm unable to run any diagnostics as BT won't accept the number as valid and your own troubleshooter claims the my phone line is with another provider. Can someone look into this please? I'm unable to make any calls to customer service since I'm profoundly deaf so I'm hoping I can get some help through these forums. Thanks.

Hello @Gillrich1,

 

Please accept our apologies for the issue you are experiencing. I have run a test on your line and detected a potential fault. I have escalated this back to our supplier to investigate further.

 

They have advised an we should have an update by midnight on the 13/12/18, which will allow them time to appoint an engineer to investigate externally if necessary.

 

It may be resolved sooner and we will keep you updated here.
