Disabled OAP with no landline phone for almost 1 week is unacceptable

My Mother has had a fault outside of her house that was reported last Thursday and still has not been fixed.

There have been no updates, which were promised and no idea what is going on. They have diagnosed the problem, so why hasn't it been fixed? 

My Mother is a disabled OAP and needs to have a working landline phone. 

Please get this fault fixed immediately.
