I am unable to disable this feature on my phone line, when there is a message left on the system it causes problems with the broadband.
Customer service is hopeless just now, is there another way to disable this feature?
I have had the following message on the website for over a year now:
Unable to change service
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
