Hi
I note a DD has not been taken for this month and the last transaction showing was the final fee I paid to release the broadband, has it also paid off the Home phone portion or have things just been put back a month?
Cheers

Hi Mitch,
It looks like it's the early exit fee for your broadband that you've paid.
Have you managed to move your Home Phone service to a different supplier now?

That's absolutely fine, Mitch.
You won't be charged a cancellation fee on your home phone service unless you cancel it (or move to a different supplier).

I would expect so.
Let me know if you have any problems and I'll do whatever I can to sort it out (or get Mand to ;D)

Sorry to raise again but can this be looked into please as I'll be somewhat annoyed if there has been a billing issue and you then take a large amount out of my bill account.
Since the conversion to a genric account the bill pending/paid indication appears to have gone so cant really tell what is occurring, I also understand there is a current issue with direct debits, could this be related?
