Did I just get stung ? (phantom - ringbackncr)

Hi,
I'm new to the phone product
Just looked on my bill and I have these 2 entries.
ringbackncr 05/02/2009 08:01:25 00:00:00 £0.10
ringbackncr † 05/02/2009 08:01:25 † n/a † £0.10 †
I'm guessing plusnet have me down for hitting button 5 for a ringback.
BUT .. I never use ring back.  Both these transactions happened at the same time.
The last one is not yet settled (that's what the † means apparently)
But I guess the first one is.
Anyone else had this ?
I hope this will go away - I'm not too keen on going back to BT.
Malcolm

the second Item is what is called Unconfirmed with the Dagger symbol, normally this is cleared from view when the call is confirmed, it is nothing to worry about it will just sit there now and you wont be charged on it

on the phone section, if you go to itemised bill, you will see what you are in fact billed on, the unconfirmed calls should not be shown
Hope that helps, Plus Net have had problems recently, I hope that nobody was out of pocket, but it pays to keep an eye on it

Raise a ticket, but apart from which ringback from a 1471 should be free with PN., but I think ringback from engaged (press 5) is chargeable.
