Could some kind member of the Plusnet team check on the status of my fault please (#70401050). We're now six days into a missing dialtone and apparently no closer to it reappearing (as of 09:00) despite being told it would be fixed by 2013-06-07 @ 00:00 then by an engineer yesterday.
The fault's showing that an issue at the exchange with the jumpering was fixed this morning at around 9 - I'm guessing whether or not that's the case the fault is still apparent? Sorry if so, we'll need to pass it back if it is still going on.
After checking when I got home, all now appears to be working with my cordless phone. The only snag I found is that my corded test phone no longer works!
Glad it's working, that's great news - I'll get the fault closed off, thanks for letting us know. Hope you manage to get the corded phone working again though.
