Home phone has died (Broadband working) since this morning. Have raised ticket and being dealt with.

Does anyone know what the above Diagnosis Code means?

Hi there.

Fairly sure that's just an internal code our system generates when it reports a line fault to Openreach.

Line tests have failed with fault location EX which means there's a suspected problem at the exchange.

I can see an engineer is assigned to the job as of yesterday morning and we've been given an estimated repair time of by 06/08/18 17:00:00.

We'll update you when we know more.
