Delays

Hi
Having ordered home phone with plus net i have experienced delays scince switchover day 04/06, OK I did order the old Anytime package (240 free mins/ month) and it has to be added manually, but over a week without caller ID is driving me (and my wife is giving me an ear bashing and saying move back to BT)
Can anybody help me at all?

Silly question.  You have added Caller Display to your account on this page?
If you have, then I'd give Customer Service a phone on 0114 296 5198 and chase it up.  You could also try PMing Mand but she may still be off ill!

I get "Home Phone is not yet available You will be able to access it once your Home Phone product has been activated - we will email you as soon as this happens."
when I click on your link;  Mand was working from home yesterday. So if she was ill she might have a small backlog on her TODO list
