Dead phone line

Hi
My home phone line has been dead for a couple of days.
No dial tone, nothing.
Have tried using the test socket - still no line.
Tried with a corded phone - same result.
Phoned in using my mobile phone - it rings (on the mobile phone) then voicemail cuts in.No ringing in the house.
Tried the phone troubleshooter twice - test showed result was inconclusive.
Tried your phone helpline. Got through then wanted me to press number buttons. As I am using a mobile phone there were no numbers on the screen I could press.
My fibre optic broadband is working fine.
A restoration of my phone line would be appreciated.

What mobile phone are you using?
Does it not have a button to allow access to the key pad during a phone call, as in this on an iPhone?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This issue has been raised with Openreach and we're expecting a response shortly. I've raised an open Ticket with our Technical Support Team to monitor, and they'll be in further contact over the next few days.
