Not sure if this is the correct place for this but here goes anyway...
Recently a couple of BT Openreach engineers came out to fix a long-standing problem we had with our phone and internet line.
They successfully fixed it after finding that it was a problem with the wires in the box on the outside wall of the building.
However, the high winds of the past few weeks seem to have torn the outer cover from the box (I found it in the garden) and wires are hanging out of the body of the box.
So far this hasn't caused any problems but I imagine that it will in the future.
I checked the Openreach contact pages but there doesn't seem to be any contact details for problems like this and their site advises that I should report it through Plusnet.
