I have recently completed a house move , Plus net have done every thing as they said they would to get a stopped line reconnected,  connection due today and at 6am this morning its up and working  though with a dialling tone like its got an active call diversion on, is this the normal dialling tone on plus net lines.
So well done plus net so far. ( lets hope the broadband connection goes as well )

Welcome to the forum. 
The dial tone suggests that you have a voicemail message(s).
Dial 1571 to retrieve. I believe the facility is enabled by default, but can be disabled in the Home Phone Control Panel - https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features

Many thanks for your reply, checked voice mail and there are no messages have now requested voice mail is turned of, will have to see if it rectifies itself during the day.
