Hi
I'm not sure whether it's me or simply old age but, sometimes, I can't find the answers to what I think must be common questions.
How do I change the credit limit? Can I do this in 'my account?' And, what follows on from this is, if I reduce the credit limit to £0 what happens when someone tries to make a chargeable call?
Thanks

You used to be able to increase the credit limit but not reduce it using the Control Panel but it looks as though that has been removed and all you can do is top it up which doesn't alter the credit limit which appears to be set to the maximum allowable
The only way to reduce it is to raise a ticket.
If you reach your credit limit then calls are blocked and you are hit with a charge of £5.76 to unblock them https://portal.plus.net/support/phone/credit-limit-and-top-ups-guide.shtml

Thank you for the prompt response. I'm on Talk Anytime, which costs £3.50 a month. To have a default £75 credit limit, which is a 20x multiplier of the monthly charge, is total nonsense. As you say, I'll have to raise a ticket
